Q: Do customers need their own app?

No. The shop uses labamobi. You scan the bag QR, print the ticket, and send an SMS. The customer opens their status on laba.mobi from the ticket. They do not install anything.

Q: What is included when I start?

The first month is included. Starter is ₱2,999 today, then ₱499 a month, with setup and 2 attendance cards. Advanced is ₱5,999 today, then ₱799 a month, and adds a thermal printer, bag scan, and label rolls. Pro is ₱6,499 today, then ₱999 a month.

Q: Which plan sends texts and handles delivery?

Pro. It adds the order status link, the delivery map, and customer or group SMS. Advanced adds the printer and scan on top of Starter. Starter covers orders, attendance, reports, services, staff, and another branch.

Q: Does the app take payment for the plan?

No. Subscription in the app shows the shop code. The app does not take a card or a payment photo. You can pay on laba.mobi by uploading a receipt, or message us to start or renew.

Q: How do I install the app?

labamobi is an Android app for the shop. Message us on Facebook and we will help you install it. There is no App Store app yet. The Google Play listing, when it is live, is the same app: a customer text opens in Messages and you tap Send. Call or text 09928013883, or email support@laba.mobi.

Q: Does the app read my texts, camera, or location?

The camera reads the bag QR and does not upload the picture. Precise location is used only while the app is open, for the map and nearby printers. The Play install does not send SMS by itself. The install from laba.mobi can send from your SIM after you allow SMS. We do not read your inbox.

Q: What happens if I uninstall?

Uninstalling removes the app from the phone. Shop data in the cloud stays. To delete the account, open Help, then Legal, then Delete account, or go to laba.mobi/delete. Email support@laba.mobi from the account email and name the shop.
